Diverse, value-add transactions that capitalize upon a unique coupling of submarket fundamentals, product type, and the broad and deep expertise of the Exeter professional team
Exeter seeks to acquire big box warehouse, multi-tenant industrial, flex, manufacturing, assembly, and, to a limited degree, research and development and suburban office properties. We regularly pursue fee simple asset and whole loan transactions ranging from $5 million single-asset acquisitions to $250 million portfolio acquisitions. Exeter also acquires land for speculative and build-to-suit development. As a value-add investment fund, Exeter typically targets opportunities with vacancy or lease rollover risk, properties that require repositioning and redevelopment, and complex transactions.
